TERMS OF SERVICE
1 - WILL DRAWI am willing to draw any of the following:>Original Characters
>Furry (anthros, feral, etc.)
>Sonas
>Fanart
>NSFW (subject(s) must be of age and consenting)
>Light Gore
>Couples of any sexuality
2 - WILL NOT DRAWI will not draw any of the following:>Heavy gore (i.e. detailed internal body parts)
>Heavily detailed Mecha
>Sexual violence of any nature
>Sexualized underage characters (in actual age and appearance)
>Pedophilic relations
>Incestuous relations
>Anything pertaining to hate speech and symbolism
>Certain kinks (Please ask me if a certain kink/ fetish is acceptable.)
3 - GENERAL♦I have the right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.♦I have the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation (FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF THIS IS THE CASE AND I WILL LET YOU KNOW).♦I have a right to upload the commission on any/all social media (Twitter, Toyhou.se, Instagram, Reddit, etc.) unless you specify beforehand to keep the commission private.
4 - IMAGE RIGHTS♦You may make minor edits to the completed commission (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation...).♦You may use/ reupload the commission for personal/ non-commercial use, but only if proper credit is given to me (a linkback to any of my socials).♦You may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with me beforehand.♦Commissions for commercial use will be charged more than personal/ non-commercial commissions. (Prices are negoatiable.)♦You may not claim the commission as your own work.You may NOT use any of my artworks for AI “art” generator programs, NFTs, or cryptocurrency projects for any reason.
5 - PAYMENT♦I only take PayPal.♦I require payment of 50% upfront to start the commission (the rest of payment is required upon completion).♦PayPal payment is to be done in USD (United States Dollar).♦I will send an invoice to you through PayPal so I will require your email (I will send another invoice upon completion of your commission for the rest of the payment).After receiving the final payment, I will send you a link via email to my google drive where you can download your commission.
6 - REFUNDS♦If you cancel your commission for whatever, you will receive a partial refund and you will not receive any file of your commission.♦Depending on how much of the commission has been finished will be how much the refund will be (refund of the OVERALL COMMISSION PRICE):>70% refunded if in the lineart stage
>50% refunded if in the base colors stage
>30% refunded if in the shading stage/ final touches.I will be updating you frequently on the progress of your commission.♦If I cancel the commission for whatever reason, I will give a full refund, in addition to a file of whatever progress of the
commission has been completed.♦I will have to charge additionally if major changes are requested upon the later stages of the commission (i.e. you would like to change the pose or colors during the shading/rendering stage). I will discuss this with you during the process.
